Exporting data and audit reports

Flight Lyceum stores a complete audit trail of every compliance decision and student acknowledgement. Here's how to extract that data in formats suitable for regulators, auditors, and your own quality management system.

Acknowledgement records

The most commonly requested export for EASA audits is the student acknowledgement log.

  1. 1Go to Training → Acknowledgements.
  2. 2Filter by programme, student, or date range as required.
  3. 3Click Export.
  4. 4Select PDF (formatted report) or CSV (raw data for spreadsheet analysis).
  5. 5The export includes: student name, section title, manual version, acknowledgement date, and instructor sign-off if applicable.

Manual version history

Every version of every uploaded manual is stored and can be downloaded.

  1. 1Open the manual in Flight Books.
  2. 2Click the version history icon.
  3. 3Select the version you need.
  4. 4Click Download PDF.

Tip: Keep a record of which manual revision was current on the date of each student's first solo or type rating check: this is commonly requested during EASA ATO oversight visits.

Compliance review history

The full log of reviewed, approved, dismissed, and deferred regulation changes is exportable from the Changes section.

  1. 1Go to Changes in the sidebar.
  2. 2Set the date range filter.
  3. 3Click Export compliance log.
  4. 4The export includes: regulation reference, change summary, review decision, reviewer name, and date.

Full data export

Admins can request a complete export of all organisation data from Settings → Data Export. This includes all manuals, training data, compliance records, and user activity. The export is prepared as a ZIP archive and emailed to your admin address within one hour.

Note: Full data exports are available once per 24-hour period and are limited to the account admin. The archive contains personally identifiable information: handle it in accordance with your privacy policy.
