Managing billing and your subscription

All billing in Flight Lyceum is handled through Stripe. You can manage everything: plan changes, payment details, invoices, directly from Settings โ†’ Billing.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings โ†’ Billing to see your active plan, the number of included and active students, your next billing date, and a link to your invoice history.

The base plan and student packs

The Flight Lyceum subscription includes a base of 50 students. Additional students are available in packs of 10 at a fixed monthly cost. You can add or remove packs at any time.

  1. 1Go to Settings โ†’ Billing.
  2. 2Under Student capacity, click Manage packs.
  3. 3Use the + and โ€“ buttons to adjust your pack count.
  4. 4Click Confirm. Changes take effect immediately; billing is prorated.

Tip: Student packs are prorated to the day. If you add a pack mid-month, you'll only be charged for the remaining days in the current billing cycle.

Updating payment details

Click Update payment method in Settings โ†’ Billing. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe page to update your card details. Once saved, you're returned to the app automatically.

Downloading invoices

All invoices are available in Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Invoice history. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF for your accounting records.

What happens when your trial ends

Your trial lasts 30 days from the date you registered. On day 31, your card is charged for the first month. If no card is on file, your account is paused: your data is preserved, but logins are blocked until a payment method is added.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

Note: Before cancelling, export any acknowledgement records, manual versions, or training data you need to keep. The 30-day retention window cannot be extended.
